cook 1 hour on high then 7 - 8 hours on low setting
List of Ingredients
- 4 pound boneless beef chuck roast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 medium onions, sliced
- 2 16 oz cans beef broth
- 2 tbls brown sugar
- 3 tbls Dijon mustard
- 2 tbls apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Brown beef in large skillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper
- place onions on the bottom of the crockpot
- place beef on onions
- in a small bowl mix beef broth, brown sugar, Dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar
- pour mixture over beef, cover and cook
