    Bread of the Tropics

    List of Ingredients




    1 sm. can (6-oz.) Pineapple juice Add water to juice to make 1 cup
    2 eggs
    4 T. butter softened
    1/4 t. vanilla
    1 t. coconut extract
    1/2 t. salt
    6 T. sugar
    2 T. dry milk
    2 T. instant mashed potato
    3-1/2 cups bread flour (King Arthur is best)
    2 t. yeast

    Recipe



    Place ingredients in bread machine in order of: wet ingredients first, dry second, and yeast last.

    Note: Can substitute orange juice for pineapple juice, and almond extract for
    coconut extract.
