    Million Dollar Pie

    List of Ingredients




    2 8" prepared graham cracker crumb crusts
    1 can (3 1/2 oz) flaked coconut (1 1/3 cups)
    1 can (14 oz) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (Not evaporated milk)
    1 can (20 oz) juice-pack crushed pineapple or 1 (29 oz) can fruit cocktail -- well drained
    1 cup pecans -- coarsely chopped
    1/4 cup ReaLemon Lemon Juice from Concentrate
    1 container (8 oz) frozen non-dairy whipped topping -- thawed

    Recipe



    Toast 1/3 cup coconut; set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine sweetened
    condensed milk, pineapple, remaining 1 cup coconut, pecans and ReaLemon; mix
    well. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into prepared crusts. Garnish with
    toasted coconut. Chill 3 hours or until set. Refrigerate leftovers.

    Makes two 8-inch pies.
