    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cup heavy cream
    2 1/2 cups strong, brewed mocha java coffee, chilled
    4 scoops coffee ice cream
    1 12-oz can cola, chilled
    1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped stiff
    1 ounce semi-sweet chocolate, shaved

    Recipe



    In a 1-quart measure, combine the heavy cream and coffee. Stir to
    blend.

    Fill 4 tall glasses halfway with coffee. To each, add a scoop of the
    ice
    cream.

    Add coke to each glass. When fizz goes down add a dollop of whipped
    cream and shaved chocolate to each glass.

    Serves 4
