    3 ½ cups flour (sifted)
    3 tsp. baking soda
    1 ½ tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 cups sugar
    1 cup Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    2/3 cup water
    1 can pumpkin
    1 cup pecans
    1 cup raisins

    Recipe



    1. Grease and flour 9 X 5 X 3-inch pan.
    2. Mix all ingredients.
    3. Pour in pan.
    4. Bake @ 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
    5. Serve hot, topped with butter, if desired.
