1/2 cup SUE BEE HONEY
2 cups sour cream
3 tbls. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. almond extract
1 cup evaporated milk
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup sliced almonds Recipe
Beat together SUE BEE HONEY, milk, sour cream, egg yolks, cocoa, cinnamon and almond extract. In a separate bowl beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into sour cream mixture. Pour evenly into 6, one-cup custard dishes. Set dishes in a larger shallow baking dish. Pour boiling water into the outer baking dish to a depth of 1-inch. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake another 10 to 15 minutes or until set. Serve warm or chilled, topped with whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate syrup, if desired.
