    3 ounces of sliced turkey
    1 tbsp of cream cheese
    1 small poppyseed bagel
    2 tomato slices
    Salt/Pepper

    Medium toast the bagel (remove some of the inner bread if you choose) Spread the cream cheese (instead of the usual mayo).Add the turkey, tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste
