    4 ( 5 ounce) chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
    1 small cabbage quartered
    1 pound package of mini-carrots
    2 (14 1/2 ounce large cans Mexican flavored stewed tomatoes
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Place above ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6
    to 7 hours.
    Makes 4 servings
