    List of Ingredients




    1 white pita
    2 Tbsp pizza sauce
    1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil

    Recipe



    Place the pita on a cookie sheet or pizza pan and warm in the oven for 5 minutes. Then spread with sauce, cheese, and basil, and bake until cheese is melted (5-8 more minutes).

    Serves 1

    Special Notes

    For a delightfully cheesy pizza, double the mozzarella or add one slice provolone cheese (torn into bits) for a total of 6 points.
