    Dressing:

    1/4 cup grated parm cheese
    1/4 cup fat free mayo (I use ff Miracle Whip because I prefer the taste)
    1/4 cup water
    2 T fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp anchovy paste
    1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
    1/8 tsp dry mustard
    2 minced garlic cloves

    Salad:

    4 (1 oz) slices french bread cut into 3/4" cubes
    8 cups torn Romaine lettuce

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees

    Whisk dressing ingredients together

    Place bread cubes on baking sheet, bake at 300 for 15 min. Combine croutons and lettuce in bowl, add dressing to coat, werve immediately.

    4 servings (2 cups per serving)
