    recipe for 1 1/2 lb. loaf. 2 lb. loaf in parenthesis

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/8 c. buttermilk (1 1/2c.)
    2 T. oil (3 T. )
    2 T. maple syrup (2 1/2 T.)
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour (2 c.)
    1 1/2 c. bread flour (2 c.)
    1 T. + 1 tsp. gluten (1 T. + 2 tsp.)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (2 tsp.)
    2 tsp. SAF yeast or 2 1/2 tsp. bm yeast (2 1/4 tsp. or 2 3/4 tsp.bm)

    Recipe



    Place ingredients in pan according to manufacturer's directions. Bake on basic or Whole Wheat. Cool before slicing.
