1 1/3 c. water (1 3/4 c.)
3 T. oil (1/4 c.)
2 T. honey (3 T. )
2 T. molasses (3 T.)
3 1/4 c. whole wheat flour (4 1/2 c.)
1/3 c. wheat bran (1/2 c.)
2 1/2 T. gluten (3 1/2 T.)
1 T. poppy seeds (1 T. + 1 tsp.)
1 1/2 tsp. salt (2 tsp. )
1 T. saf yeast or 1 T. plus 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast ( 1 T. plus 1/2 or 1 T. +1 tsp. bm.yeast)Recipe
Place in pan according to your machine. Set on whole wheat program. Check after 10 minutes. If too sticky add 1-2 T. flour.
