***BLUE CHEESE DIP

Potato Chip Dip -- Blue cheese dip and we love it so watch out. It grows on you
Take 3 ooz. blue cheese,
6 oz. cream cheese,
a little milk (like 1/4c.)
a chopped up onion.
1 small box of cottage cheese FF or !%
put milk in blender and add the cheese,in hucks, and (not all at once) blend
add oinons and rest of chesse bit by bit including the cottage cheese and blend until smooth
. Pour into refrig. contoner and set for 24 hrs
We like this so much that after heart surgry I started adding a 24 oz. of low or no fat
cottage cheese. Had to mix in bowl after blending.. toomuch for 1 blender full. If you like
blue cheese you will love this. Change what you wan, I do and I have made it for 40 years
at holidays.... Mona
