4 tomatoes
2 medium cucumbers, diced
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup rice vinegar
4 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
Cut tomatoes in half; scoop out the insides into a bowl.
Put tomato shells on platter; chop up the stuff in the bowl.
Mix in the cucumbers and onion.
In small bowl combine all remaining ingredients; blend well.
Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables; toss to mix completely.
Scoop the vegetable mixture into the tomato shells.
Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
Serve
