    PIIMIENTO CHEESE SPREAD

    2 cups cheddar cheese, use food processor
    4 ounces pimientos, diced
    1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard (MORE FOR US)
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise (AT LEAST 1/2 CUP)

    6 ounces of green olives with pimientos

    Mix well in food processor until the way you like it...

    Spread on crackers and servce......

    Very good.....
