    3 CUPS OF BROWN FLOUR                        
    2 CUPS OF WHITE FLOUR                        
    1 QUART OF BUTTERMILK                        
    PINCH OF SALT                        
    1 TABLESPOON OF OATS                       
      1 TABLESPOON OF BRAN                        
    1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA                    
    2 TBS MELTED BUTTER                        
    1 TBS DARK BROWN SUGAR
       
    SEIVE THE WHITE AND BROWN FLOURS TOGETHER. ADD ALL THE REMAINING DRY INGREDIENTS.             ADD THE BUTTERMILK AND MELTED BUTTER AND MIX LIGHTLY.  
               PLACE IN TWO GREASED BREAD PANS AND BAKE IN A 400 DEGREE PREHEATED OVEN FOR 50-60             MINUTES.   COOL ON A WIRE RACK. MAKES 2 LOAVES.
