    Easy Streusel Coffeecake

    Description
    A recipe for Easy Streusel Coffeecake.

    Ingredients

    1 (18.5-ounce) package yellow or white cake mix, batter
    prepared according to package directions
    8 PEEK FREANS Traditional Oatmeal Cookies, crushed
    1/2 cup PLANTERS Pecan Pieces, chopped
    1/2 cup shredded coconut
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
    Powdered sugar glaze, optional

    Preparation
    1. Pour prepared cake batter into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

    2. Mix crumbs, pecans, coconut and cinnamon; stir in margarine or
    butter. Sprinkle over cake.

    3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick
    inserted in center comes out clean.

    4. Cool in pan on wire rack. Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze if
    desired. Cut into squares to serve.

    Preparation Time: 20 minutes
    Cook Time: 35 minutes
    Cooling Time: 30 minutes
    Total Time: 1 hour and 25 minutes

    Serves
