    The best Blueberry cake

    RUSTY

    3 beaten eggs
    ½ Cup melted butter or margarine
    2 cups sugar
    ½ tsp Almond Extract
    ½ tsp vanilla
    3 cups flour
    4 1/2 tsp.Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    3/4 Cup Milk
    2 1/2 Cups Wild Blueberries or frozen berries

    Method
    Beat eggs; add melted butter, sugar and almond - vanilla flavoring; beat well.
    Sift flour with baking powder and salt and add alternately with milk to make smooth batter.
    Fold in Wild Blueberries. Dont be too hard on the blueberries as they will break and leave your cake blue inside as the blueberries will bleach the white batter. Pour into a well greased and floured tube cake pan.
    (Wild Blueberries make a much better cake) Bake at 350 F for about 60 minutes.
    Cool and ice with "Cream Cheese Frosting".

    Cream Cheese Frosting

    1 small pack of cream cheese
    1/4 cup butter
    2 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla

    blend well to make soft icing and cover the cake.
    garnish with blueberries
