    Chocolate Chip Cheeseball

    1-8oz cream cheese -softened
    1/2 cup, butter ( NO substitutes) softened
    2 TBS brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 cup confectioners sugar
    3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
    3/4 cup finely chopped pecans.

    In a mixing bowl ,beat the cream cheese , butter,and vanilla until fluffy gradually add sugars; beat until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips cover and refrigerate 2 hrs. (I did mine overnight)

    Place the cream cheese mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap; shape into a ball, chill 1 hour.
    just before serving roll cheese ball into the chopped pecans.
    Serve with graham crackers*

    * I served with the chocolate chip Teddy grahams.
