No-Bake Cookies Choc Peanut Butter

No-Bake Cookies
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 c. oats (add more to thicken, if needed)
3 T. cocoa
1 t. vanilla
3 T chunky peanut butter
Wipe inside of saucepan with butter just below rim. Combine milk, sugar, cocoa, peanut butter and butter in pan. Stir and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 1 1/2 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat. Stir in oats and vanilla. Stir until well-blended. Drop by tsp. onto buttered bakingsheets or waxed paper. Cool before serving. Makes 4-5 dozen.
