Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Crockpot Beef
1.5lbs ground beef
1 large onion, sliced
2 cloves minced garlic
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2T Flour
1/2t Paprika
Salt & Pepper
1 can Mushroom pieces
1/2 C Heavy Cream
Egg Noodles
Brown the ground beef and drain the fat. Add onions and garlic and heat stirring, until onions are wilted. Add paprika, flour and salt & pepper to taste. (At this point I usually cool this concoction then put in a sealed container in the fridge until morning). Add these contents to crockpot with the undiluted can of soup. Cook 6-8 hours on low in the crockpot. Just before serving I add the mushrooms and cream until heated.
This is great over the egg noodles, over rice or even on it's own with a hearty slice of buttered bread. YUM!
