    Crockpot Hamburger Cabbage Casserole

    6 cups cabbage, sliced (or bagged Cole Slaw mix)
    1 pound 96% lean ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup uncooked rice
    1 (25 oz) can Hunt's light Spag. Sauce
    1 1/2 cups water
    1/4 tsp basil
    1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt

    Place 3 cups cabbage in bottom of crockpot. Brown beef in non-stick skillet and drain fat.
    Put beef on top of cabbage in crockpot, evenly. Sprinkle half of salt and pepper on to beef. Add onion evenly on top, then do the same with the rice. Top with remaining cabbage then sprinkle with the rest of the salt and pepper.

    Combine spaghetti sauce, water, basil and Seasoned Salt in a bowl. Pour mixture over cabbage. Cover and cook on HIGH for 5 to 4 hours.
