    Raisin Bread Pudding

    Yield: 8 servings

    16 slices bread, cubed

    1 cup raisins

    3 cups (two 12 fluid-ounce cans) NESTLÉ®
    CARNATION® Evaporated Milk

    4 large eggs, slightly beaten

    4 tbsp butter, melted

    3/4 cup packed brown sugar

    2 tsp vanilla extract

    1 tsp ground cinnamon

    1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

    Procedures
    1.PREHEAT oven to 350.
    2.Grease 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    3.COMBINE bread and raisins in large bowl.
    4.Combine evaporated milk, eggs, butter, sugar,
    vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium
    bowl.
    5.Pour egg mixture over bread mixture; combine well.
    6.Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
    7.Let stand for 10 minutes.
    8.BAKE for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in
    center comes out clean.
