    Poached Salmon & Greens With Dill Dress

    Ingredients

    1/4 cup GREY POUPON
    Dijon Mustard

    1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice

    1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

    1/4 cup vegetable oil

    1-1/2 tsp. chopped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed

    1 pkg. (8 to 10 oz.) prepared mixed salad greens (about 8 cups)

    8 oz. salmon fillets, poached, flaked


    How to Poach Add the salmon to gently simmering water. Cook just until cooked through, 5 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness of fillet.

    Preparation

    BLEND mustard and lemon juice in small bowl. Slowly blend in sour cream and oil. Stir in dill. Refrigerate until serving time.

    ARRANGE salad greens and salmon on large serving platter. Serve with dressing mixture.
