BAKED STEAK
1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 pepper. Oil in skillet, 1/2 cup, roll cubed steaks in flour, brown in skillet, have a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with Pam, as you brown the steaks, put them in the pan, after they are all browned, save 4 tablespoons of oil in the skillet, add to that 4 tablespoons of the flour mixture, brown this in the skillet, once the flour is nice and brown I slowly add 3 cups of canned beef broth and cook until hot a starting to thicken, then pour over the steaks, cover with foil and bake on 350 degrees until done, good and tender. I bake mine about 1 ½ hours until fork tender…
