    MEXICAN RICE
    Tonya made this last night and it was good.

    1 lb. ground round/round chuck
    1 diced up onion
    1 green pepper, chopped
    brown together then add
    1 pkt of taco mix
    2 pkts of Mexican rice
    2 1/2 cups of water
    stir together and put in 9 x 13 cake pan
    bake at 375 for 25 min. or until rice is cooked
    strring once during the baking so rice doesn't stick.
    Then put mexian cheese on top and brown.
