    1 cup of chopped oysters
    1 egg, beaten
    Flour
    Salt and pepper

    Mix together chopped oysters, beaten egg and seasonings.
    Add just enough flour to hold together.
    Drop by spoonfuls into hot grease.
    Fry until golden.
