PEPPER ROUND STEAK

PEPPER ROUND STEAK

1 lb of round steak
1 sweet onion
1 green pepper
2 cans diced tomatoes
salt and pepper, to taste

Combine steak, chopped onion and chopped green pepper, cans
of tomatoes and salt and pepper in a CrockPot. Cook on low
settomg for 8 or 9 hours. Add a few tablespoons of flour
mixed with an equal amount of milk or water; mix and stir
in to make a thick gravy one hour before end of cooking
time.

Serve with mashed potatoes!
