Buffalo Chicken Pizza
1 Mama Mary's 12 " Pizza crust...any brand will do...these are the crusts that are all for you to add your toppings to...
Chicken...recipe called for the vacuum packed chicken found in the same area as Tuna and canned chicken and etc. I had some leftover chicken strips and used them instead
Ranch Dressing...recipe called for just plain Ranch Dressing...I used Garlic Ranch as that was what I had on hand
Hot Sauce
2 cups shredded cheese...Pizza Blend
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place crust on Pizza Pan... I prefer my Pampered Chef Pizza Stone. Crust need to be brushed with olive oil....I used the spray on Canola Oil
Ranch dressing...1-2 cups...depending on your personal taste...spread over top of crust but not on the edges.
Recipe called for tossing the vacuum packed chicken in 1/4 cup hot sauce and then spreading evenly over Ranch dressing...I thinly sliced my leftover chicken stips...arranged them on top of the ranch dressing and then drizzled hot sauce over it (this can be done to your personal taste).
Top evenly with your shredded pizza blend cheese.
Reduce oven heat to 425 degrees. Bake for about 8 -10 minutes....For a crispier crust and to brown the cheese a bit, I turned on the broiler in my oven the last minute.
Remove from oven....use pizza cutter and cut into 8-10 slices....enjoy!!!!
