    Your dough probably is fine (though you may want to compare mine in the Archives). More likely the "problem" is in your baking method. In my experience, at least, you need to work at a fairly high temperature and prebake the crust before adding toppings. I prebake six minutes at 475 degrees for a thick crust, four minutes for a thin one. Then turn oven down to 425 to bake the pizza, which usually takes about twenty minutes.
