    Easy Chicken Parmesan


    Easy chicken parmesan
    1/2 c Italian bread crumb
    1/4 c. parmesan cheese
    1 egg beaten
    Spaghetti sauce (I use Hunts 4 cheese)
    cooked spaghetti
    mozzarella cheese shredded
    4 T canola oil
    Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in zip lock bag.
    Dip chicken breast in egg then put into zip lock bag with bread crumbs, shake
    to cover chicken breast well.
    Add oil to skillet and heat to medium/high. Place breaded chicken in oil and
    brown on both sides.
    Place about 1/2 the can of spaghetti sauce in bottom of casserole dish. Place
    browned chicken breast on top, put remaining sauce on top of chicken and bake
    at 350 for till chicken is done. Take out of the oven and sprinkle with
    mozzarella cheese place back in the oven just long enough for cheese to melt.
    Serve over cooked spaghetti.
    Serve with a tossed salad and rolls and you have a delicious meal.
