Jezebel (this is a Welsh Recipe)'
1 18 oz jar pineapple preserves
1 18 oz jar apple jelly
1 5 oz jar horseradish
6 oz prepared mustard
1 T. ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a large saucepan. Heat until all the ingredients have melted together. Cool slightly and pour into small jars with lids (any type of jar will do but I used 1/2 pint Jelly jars). Refrigerate 3 days before using to allow flavors to blend .
Great on any kind of meat.
