I am afraid that I don't have a recipe for them but this is what I do.
Baked sweet potatoes with marshmallows
Boil or baked about 4 or 5 yams until tender to a fork stick.
Then put in cold water and peel the skins off.
Cut into about 1/4 chucks and put in baking dish. Cut up a stick of oleo over the top and then sprinkle about 1/2 cup of brown sugar over them and then cover with large white marshmallows. Bake in a 350 degree oven until the marshmallows are golden brown. They are easy and my son and DH eats them and finishes them off cold.. Mona
