Spanish Rice heart recipe

1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1(14 ~ oz.) can no-added-salt stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Dash of black pepper
1/2 c. uncooked long-grain white rice
1(11 ~ oz.) can vacuum-packed corn
1 c. water
Brown ground beef in a large nonstick skillet and drain
any fat that accumulates. Add tomatoes, chili powder,
cumin, and pepper. Bring to a boil and lower heat. Stir
in rice, corn, and the water. Cover and simmer for
about 35 minutes, or until rice is tender.
