    Ingredients:

    * 2 14 ounce Cans of Great Northern Beans
    * 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
    * 1 1/2 cups Onion, diced
    * 3 medium Garlic Cloves, minced
    * 1/4 cup Green Chiles, diced
    * 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
    * 1/2 tablespoon Dried Oregano, crumbled
    * 1/4 teaspoon Cloves, ground
    * 1/8 teaspoon (to taste) Cayenne Pepper
    * 4 1/2 cups (Sweet Sue) Turkey or Chicken Broth
    * 1 pound Sara Lee Oven Roasted Turkey, diced
    * Salt (to taste)
    * Pepper, ground (to taste)
    * 3/4 cup Sara Lee Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
    * 1/4 cup Half and Half (optional)
    * 1/3 cup Sour Cream
    * 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro, chopped (optional)
    * Salsa, prepared (as needed)


    Preparation:

    * Place olive oil in a large heavy pot over medium high heat.
    * Add onion and sauté until translucent, about 10 minutes.
    * Add garlic and sauté 2 minutes.
    * Add green chiles, chili powder, oregano, cloves and cayenne and cook 3 minutes.
    * Add broth and beans and bring to a boil.
    * Reduce heat and add diced turkey and simmer 15 minutes.
    * Turn off heat and stir in cheese.
    * Heat briefly if necessary to melt cheese.
    * Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    * Add half and half, if more creaminess is desired.
    * Serve 8 ounce bowls topped with sour cream and cilantro.
    * Serve salsa separately.

    Makes 6 - 8 ounce Servings
