    2 cups milk
    3 cups bread cubes, any kind OF WHITE
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup raisins
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    nutmeg

    Pour milk over bread, let stand till softened. mix in eggs, sugar, salt,
    cinnamon, raisins, and vanilla. Pour into buttered 8 x 13 baking dish.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.SET IN BAKING PAN OF WATER Bake slow 350 DEGREES for 1 hour 15 minutes or until a knife INSERTED COMES OUT CLEAN.. .................................
