Here's three that might work, I haven't tried them.

    CHERRY BREAD PUDDING

    1 can cherry pie filling
    4 slices bread, crumbled
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    pinch of cinnamon

Use 1 1/2-quart casserole or 8-inch square dish; spread
pie filling in dish and top with bread.
Drizzle with butter and lemon juice. Combine milk, eggs, sugar and almond extract.
    Pour over bread.
Press bread into egg mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350 degrees until center is done, about 1 hour.

1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk

    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    6 c. bread crumbs
1 (20 oz.) can apple pie filling
    1 c. raisins

Combine eggs, sugar, milk and spices in a 3 quart
    casserole.
    Stir until blended.
Add bread crumbs, apple pie filling and raisins.
Let mixture stand until bread crumbs have become saturated.
Bake at 350 degrees until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
