    Recipe Introduction

This is one of the few recipes I remember making as a teen...it's an easy, tasty, quick dinner. I've always used hamburger to make it.

    List of Ingredients

    1 - 1 1/2 pounds pork sausage -- can use hamburger
    1 green pepper -- chopped
    2 green onions -- chopped
    2 celery stalk -- chopped
    2 cups chicken bouillon
    1 cup rice
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Recipe

Crumble sausage into skillet and brown. Pour off a little of the fat and then add the remaining ingredients. Put the lid on the skillet and let it simmer on the lowest possible heat for one hour.
