    Great on angel food cake.

    List of Ingredients




    2 egg whites
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup sugar
    3/4 cup light corn syrup
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

    Recipe



    Beat egg whites and salt until frothy. Gradually beat in sugar, beating until soft peaks form. Heat corn syrup to just boiling. Pour in thin stream over egg whites. Beat until stiff, then beat in vanilla. Spread over cooled cake.
