List of Ingredients
Cookie cup:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Filling:
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup semi sweet chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanillaRecipe
Prepare cookie cups: Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars; add egg and vanilla. Add flour, soda and salt. Mix well, chill 1 hour. Shape into balls and place in lightly greased mini muffin tins. Bake at 325 for 14 to 16 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately make "wells" in the center of each by lightly pressing with melon baller. Cool 5 minutes then move to wire racks.
Filling: Melt chips, then add milk and vanilla, mix well. Fill each shell with filling.
