    Pineapple salad

    This came from a very dear friend of mine. She was the soloist at our wedding and is also our oldest son's Godmother.

    List of Ingredients




    1 medium can crushed pineapple
    1/2 can water
    1 cup sugar
    1 small package lemon jello
    1 package Dream Whip
    1 cup cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup pecans

    Recipe



    Bring first 3 ingredients to a bowl in medium saucepan. Add 1 package lemon jello. Chill until set, then chunk up with a fork. Prepare Dream Whip according to package directions. Fold in to jello mixture along with cheddar cheese and pecans. Chill.
