    3 cups diced potatoes
    1 1/2 stalks celery, diced
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 1/2 cans chicken broth
    2 cups half and half
    3 Tablespoons butter
    3 Tablespoons flour
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    Boil potatoes in 2 cups broth til tender, about 15 minutes, drain and reserve broth. Saute celery and onion in butter until tender. Add flour, stil til smooth. Put broth and half and half in large pot. Add butter, flour and vegetable mixture. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir in potatoes and remaining broth. Heat through and serve.
