    I have made this for many brunches and everyone loves it.

    List of Ingredients




    8 eggs
    2 c. milk
    12 slices of bread
    1 to 1 1/2 lbs sausage I like Bob Evans sage on the roll.
    12 oz grated cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Beat eggs gently with milk. Remove crusts from bread; cube the bread. Place bread cubes in a 9 x 13 buttered casserole. Cook sausage and drain well. Crumble over the bread. Pour beaten eggs over top. Top with cheddar cheese.

    Cover with foil and refrigerate 18 to 24 hours. Bake in a 350 degree oven 30 minutes; remove foil cover and bake 15 more minutes.


    Note. I do not take crusts off of the bread.
