    Jayne gave me this years back and I make it every fall when I need a quick cookie.

    List of Ingredients




    1 Butter Recipe Cake Mix (Duncan Hines)
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 large eggs
    1/3 c. oil
    1 16 oz. can of pumpkin
    3 tsp pumpkin pie spice

    Frosting

    1 can of vanilla frosting
    3 oz pkg. of cream cheese

    Recipe



    Combine sugar, oil, eggs, and pumpkin. Beat one minute at high speed. Add cake mix and spice. Blend and beat 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 15 x 10 cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees 25 to 30 miniutes.

    Frosting

    Mix canned frosting and cream cheese together. Spread over cooled bars.

    I put chopped pecans or walnuts on half of pan and on the other half I topped with some dried cranberries.
