    Best Bar B Q Ribs

    Title: Rose's Secret
    Rib Recipe
    Category: Barbeque

    Description:
If you like BBQ and you like ribs, this is the meal for you. It's been
my secret for years, but since I hardly see anyone to impress them
with this, I thought I'd share it with you, (just this once). If you lose
    this recipe, too bad!

    Ingredients:
2 Pkg Pork Country Ribs (Raw) **See NOTE Below
    2-3 bottles Cheap BBQ Sauce
    2 bottles Bullseye BBQ Sauce
2 1/2 cups Maple Syrup (any brand but Mrs Buttersworth)
    1 Turkey Oven Roasting Bag
    1 cup Chopped Onions (Optional)
1 cup Chopped Green Peppers (Optional)
1 clean roasting pan with lid.

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

**Note: I buy one pkg with Bone and one pkg Boneless.

    Directions:
Rinse ribs in warm water. Throw all ribs in turkey bag and pour 2-3
bottles of CHEAP BBQ sauce over them, completely soaking them.
Tie bag, put in roasting pan and place in oven. Cook for 2 hours.
When 2 hours is up, poke a hole in the bag and drain the BBQ sauce.
When it's empty, tear open the bag and dump the ribs in the
roasting pan (no bag this time). Reduce oven heat to 325 degrees.
Sprinkle onions and green peppers over the ribs. Pour the Bullseye
BBQ sauce entirely over them. Pour maple syrup over the ribs making
sure to cover all ribs. (You may not use all the syrup). Put lid on
roasting pan and place in oven @ 325 for 1 hour. When the hour is
up, remove lid and let cook another 1/2 hour uncovered.

You now have made the best ribs you will have ever eaten...ENJOY!
Let me know what you think. Rose

    Number Of Servings: 5-7

Preparation Time: 3 1/2 Hours Cooking Time
