    From an Italian cooking class at the Recipe Box in Peoria, Illinois.

    List of Ingredients




    2 chicken breasts-boned, skinned and sliced in 1/2 or you can use 4 chicken filets

    1 stick oleo
    Sage
    8 slices mozzarella
    1 bouillon cube, crumbled
    1 c. cream
    Salt
    Pepper
    Flour

    Flatten chicken breasts. Flour lightly.
    Melt butter om large skillet. Sprinkle with sage (fresh is best). Brown chicken breasts lightly on both sides. Remove from skillet and place in a 9 x 13 pan.

    Sprinkle bouillon cube on top of chicken breasts. Top with a slice of mozzarella on each breast piece. Just before baking pour cream around breast pieces.

    Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is golden brown.

    I like to serve it over angel hair pasta.
