    Texas Frosted Pecans

    My Great Aunt Alice in Texas


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 egg white
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 3 cups pecans, shelled


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 250 degrees

    2. Beat egg white until frothy.

    3. Add other ingrediants except pecans. Mix well.

    4. Add pecans and toss to coat.

    5. Spread onto cookie sheet in a single layer.

    6. Bake in ove for 1 hour.

    7. REmove from oven and spread onto wax paper to cool.

    8. Store in airtight container.
