Texas Frosted Pecans

My Great Aunt Alice in Texas
List of Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups pecans, shelled
Instructions
- Heat oven to 250 degrees
- Beat egg white until frothy.
- Add other ingrediants except pecans. Mix well.
- Add pecans and toss to coat.
- Spread onto cookie sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in ove for 1 hour.
- REmove from oven and spread onto wax paper to cool.
- Store in airtight container.
