    Potato soup...
    1 bag frozen hash browns(little cube kind),
    3 cans chicken broth,
    1 can cream of chicken,
    garlic powder and cracked pepper to taste. Boil until potatoes
    are soft.

    Add 1 block cream cheese (softened in micro) to soup.
    ...Simmer about 1/2 hour more. Serve topped with green onions, bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream...or whatever else you want.
