    MISSISSIPPI FUDGE CAKE

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 eggs
    • 2 sticks margarine
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1 1/2 flour
    • 1/3 cup cocoa
    • pinch of salt
    • 1 1/2 cups pecans


    Instructions


    1. Melt cocoa and margarine together.
    2. Pour over mixture of beaten eggs, flour, sugar and salt.
    3. Bake in oblong pan at 350 for 30 minutes.
    4. Spread miniature marshmallows over top while hot and return to oven to melt.
    5. Let cool, then add icing.
