    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups unsifted flour
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 2 sticks butter or margarine
    • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
    • 1 cup of Pepsi-Cola or Coca-Cola
    • 1/2 cup of buttermilk
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp. baking soda
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallow


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine flour and sugar in a bowl. Set aside
    3. In a saucepan, combine butter or margarine, cocoa and cola. Heat to boiling and pour over flour-sugar mixture.
    4. Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, vanilla and marshmallow. Beat together, mixing well.
    5. Grease and flour 9-inch round pan; bake 30-35 minutes
      I also use a regular cake pan.
    6. Frost while cake is hot.
